Foster Update: Asher is doing great in his foster home, he is well mannered, housebroken and sleeps through the night on a dog bed. He could use some work on leash training. He is quite active and enjoys playing with toys but will settle nicely once he has had some exercise. He does this cute point when he see’s something that catches his eye. He knows sit and shake. He crates easy, takes treats nicely and rides great in the car. He is a nice boy handsome boy. He is social and enjoys playing with other dogs however would do best as the only dog in the home.
Asher was relinquished to Lab Rescuers when his family moved, they had three dogs but were only allowed two dogs in their new rental so they were unable to take him. They want him to have a family that can spend more time with him and give him the exercise he wants. They said he is good with kids. Asher has shown a strong prey drive in his foster home so would do best in a home without cats.
