Meet sweet girl Frannie. She landed in an Inland Empire shelter as a stray so we don't know her past, but her current condition leads us to believe that Frannie has suffered neglect in her life. She is very skinny, has hair loss, thickened skin from lying on hard surfaces and several masses that have since been removed- one from her head. It’s also evident she has had a number of litters.
Frannie is a darling girl, she is quiet and very mellow. She is great with other dogs, non reactive to horses and chickens and may be fine with kitties. She likes to go on walks, is excellent in the car and sleeps all night on a comfy dog bed. Gently touching your leg with her nose is her way of asking for some loving. Frannie will need some time to gain weight and for her skin to heal before she will be ready for adoption.
